Somehow I expected the Apple Support people to be different from other support desks…they really weren’t, in fact the whole business about trying to sell extended coverage was very diappointing.
One difference that I noted was that they all repeated the phrase, “That’s very cool” of course in Indian accents. “Cool” Not! (see Borat)
