She is the founder and director of Lava Roots Dance & Drum Company, whose members share their love of music and movement through dance, drum and song, performing throughout the Big Island. A published poet and dancer with 15 years varied experience, Michal is dedicated to the ever unfolding expression of the soul. Somehow I expected the Apple Support people to be different from other support desks…they really weren’t, in fact the whole business about trying to sell extended coverage was very diappointing.

One difference that I noted was that they all repeated the phrase, “That’s very cool” of course in Indian accents. “Cool” Not! (see Borat)
